Our Vision
We envision a growing church community of servant minded, accepting people
who are developing a greater dependence on God, serving together with
a passion to reach our friends, neighbors and the world for Him.
We see surrendered Christ-centered people forgiven by God.
We see worship services where we experience God's nearness and enter into a fresh and surprising
realization of Him. Baptisms are common and regular.
We see creative caring for families and individuals in our community which is lived out
through the week in our relationships at home, school and workplace. We see people helping people,
building bridges, impacting lives and drawing closer to Jesus.
We see a community where people discover and live out their God given call. We see leaders,
teams and individuals being identified, developed, mentored and empowered to do this.
We see an environment where we reach beyond ourselves to share Jesus Christ at every opportunity.
This may include satellite congregations, church planting and partnering with other
organizations and churches.
We see reaching across cultures here in Canada and around the world to help ordinary people
with the necessities of life and the deep spiritual needs of their souls.
Ultimately we see McIvor serving the community for Christ.
