55+ Walk and Talk – Tuesday, 9:30-11 a.m.

Pastor Pierre will talk about his conversion to Christ and God’s call to serve the Kingdom as seminary professor, speaker and writer. He will also reflect on how, in this time of deep cultural inflection, the church can point the younger generation back to the living God and reinject life into the foundations of our dying culture. In case you thought Pierre is just an academic lost in the lofty heights of the proverbial ivory tower, he often tells people he once had a real job as a truck driver for Canada Safeway in Swan River and The Pas many years ago. Enjoy fellowship and bring your mug and a snack to share!

  • Leader-In-Training Director: 12-week position starting late May, a Senior Staffing role that would be a great opportunity for Bible College students. This is a mentoring/teaching role responsible for creating and implementing the LIT program.
  • Nurses (1-2 weeks): Duties include handling scheduled medications and attending to injuries and illness. A great opportunity to interact with campers and be part of the team.
  • Assistant Cooks (1+ week): Assist in preparing meals for the day under the direction of the Food Services Coordinator.
  • Maintenance Help: Consider a week or more of serving this summer. Light maintenance is always needed to keep our site in great shape.
