This Week at McIvor

Sunday at 10 a.m. Pastor Jon will conclude our series, Hebrews: Jesus is Greater, speaking from Hebrews 10:1-39 with a sermon entitled The Real Thing. There will be no Sunday School this week.

We invite you to join us in the gym after the service for a Thanksgiving Pie Potluck–a time of food, fun and fellowship. If you’re able, please bring a pie to share.

Sunday at 10 a.m. we will hear from Katia Moreau, who will share some of her incredible faith journey with us! Her theme is Peace in Trials, from Philippians 4:6-7. Sunday School for children aged preschool to grade 5 will follow the service.

Sunday at 10 a.m. Pastor Mikayla will continue our series, “Hebrews: Jesus is Greater”, speaking from Hebrews 8:1-13 with a sermon entitled “A More Excellent Covenant”. 

Sunday at 10 a.m. Pastor Jon will continue our series, “Hebrews: Jesus is Greater”, speaking from Hebrews 4:14-5:10 with a sermon entitled “A Better Priest”. Sunday School for children from preschool to grade 5 will follow the service.

We invite you to join in six weeks of corporate prayer, together seeking God’s will for McIvor. Our prayer is that this will be beneficial to us as individuals and as a church, so that the Kingdom of Heaven breaks into our lives, this church and this neighbourhood.

Sunday at 10 a.m. Henry Bergmann will continue our series, “Hebrews: Jesus is Greater”, speaking from Hebrews 2:5-3:6 with a sermon entitled “We Do See Jesus.”
