Weekly Worship Service

Sunday at 10 a.m. we will continue with Stories From Scripture. Pastor Jon will preach a sermon entitled A Voice in the Wilderness, from John 1:19-34; Psalm 32:1-2. There will be no Sunday School.

COMMUNITY NEWS
Christmas Eve Services
  • Family Service Immanuel, God With Us – 6 p.m.
  • Candlelight Service – 9 p.m.

Please take some flyers for our Christmas Eve services and give them to family, friends and neighbours so we can celebrate Jesus Christ’s birth with others who may not normally enter our church doors. They can be found throughout the foyer and at the Information Centre.

Office Hours Through the Christmas Season

Please note that the church office hours will vary somewhat from our typical hours. Office closures will include:

  • December 24 during the day, with two Christmas Eve Services in the evening
  • December 25
  • December 26
  • December 29 to January 2

Year end donations will be processed through to December 31st.

EAL Volunteer Opportunity – Thursdays, 10 a.m., beginning January 8, 2026

Our EAL (English as Another Language) Classes are going very well and we are in need of a childcare volunteer for two infants for our new session starting in January 2026. Please contact the office for more details.

Blood donors are needed this month. There are 1456 open appointments available in Winnipeg in December that need to be filled, to ensure that hospital demands and patient needs in our community are met. Individuals can book on their own appointments at blood.ca. It is a wonderful time to give the gift of life!
