Weekly Worship Service

Sunday at 10 a.m. Pastor Kim will continue the 8 week series, Luke: The Center of History, with a sermon on Luke 4:1-13 entitled, Power Over Sin.

OPPORTUNITIES TO CONNECT AND SERVE

Tea Party Fundraiser for Youth – Sunday, 2 p.m.

As you know, we are having a Tea Party Fundraiser in hopes to raise $5000 for the new youth room! At this tea we will have a bake sale table which is to encourage donations and to satisfy your sweet tooth. We are hoping to have a mix of items baked by our youth and items baked by the congregation. If you have a special dessert you would like to donate towards our fundraiser, we would love to include it. Contact Pastor Mikayla if you are interested. We hope to see you at the Tea Party!

Family Fun Day – February 16

A free Family Fun Day, complete with bouncer, lunch, coffeehouse, crafts and more!

Celebration Sunday – February 23

If you are interested in baptism, or formal church membership, please talk to one of the pastors before January 15th. Celebration Sunday will be February 23. Child dedication is also available. For more information, please talk to Pastor Kim.

Condolences to Marilyn Koop and family

Sadly Peter M. Koop passed away on Sunday, January 5. Please pray for his wife Marilyn and the rest of the family during this difficult time. The funeral will be held at McIvor on Friday at 11 a.m. with reception to follow.

Christian Elementary School Information Meetings at NKMB

North Kildonan MB Church is considering starting an independent Christian elementary school for the fall of 2025 for Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Grade 2 students. You are invited to information meetings at NKMB on Sunday, January 19 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, January 26 at 7 p.m.
