Summer Worship Schedule – Thursday, August 1, 7 p.m.

In anticipation of the upcoming August long weekend, our weekly worship service will be on Thursday, August 1 at 7 p.m. There will be no service on Sunday, August 4. Enjoy your long weekend!

Please note that the office will be closed August 8 and 9.

Prayer Focus: I am an Adopted Child of God

“For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when He adopted you as His own children. Now we call Him, ‘Abba, Father.’” Romans 8:14-15

Announcement From Council – Vote on August 11

Council is announcing that there will be an upcoming congregational meeting and a vote to affirm Leona Boschmann to serve on Council, with her term to begin in September. 

We will also vote to have Pastor Mikayla affirmed for the permanent 0.6 position of Youth and Young Adults Pastor beginning on October 1. 

The vote will be held on August 11, immediately following the service.

How Can We Help?

Grace and Sandra, who are doing an internship at McIvor this summer, are available to come by for a visit and even help with light yard work or other tasks. If you would like to arrange a visit, please contact Pastor Mikayla.
