2024-07-14 Divine Questions_ Is anything worth more than your soul
Weekly Worship Service

Our next worship service will be Sunday, July 14 at 10 a.m. when Pastor Jon will continue our 8-part series entitled Divine Questions. He will speak on Is Anything Worth More Than Your Soul? from Matthew 16:21-28

This summer we will explore some of the divine questions asked in Scripture. Our prayer is that as we engage with the questions Jesus asks of us, we will be filled more deeply by the Holy Spirit with the knowledge of God. Read more

Prayer Focus: Praying for our Kids and Youth

When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?”

“Well,” they replied, “some say John the Baptist, some say Elijah, and others say Jeremiah or one of the other prophets.”

Then he asked them, “But who do you say I am?”

Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” Matthew 16:13-16

May the next generations encounter Jesus, the Son of the living God, as their personal Saviour and experience His transforming power!

Sending Kids to Camp Arnes – THIS WEEK!

Thank you to everyone who has supported this year’s camp effort! The kids leave Monday morning. Please pray for protection, joy and that they would come to know Jesus personally throughout this important week.

Youth Working at the Church this Summer!

We are very excited to receive funding from the provincial Green Team Grant so that we could hire two youth, Grace and Sandra, to work at McIvor this summer. They began this week and will work until September. Please pray that this internship might be a growing opportunity for their relationship with McIvor, and more importantly with God.

We encourage you to contact Pastor Mikayla if you would like a visit from the three of us and/or would like some help with light yard work, or other tasks!
