On Sunday at 10 a.m., Pastor Jon will be speaking from Genesis 6:5-22; 7:17-8:4; 9:8-17; Matthew 8:24-27 to begin our new series from the Narrative Lectionary, “History and Promise”, with a sermon entitled “Flood and Promise”.

On Thursday at 7 p.m., we welcome back Dr. Andrew Dyck, who will be speaking from Romans 8:12-17 with a sermon entitled “Blessed Assurance”.

A friendly reminder that there will be no service on Sunday. Our next worship service will be Sunday, September 13 at 10 a.m.

On Sunday at 10 a.m., Doris Goertz will be speaking from Exodus 20:12-17 and Matthew 22:34-40 to continue our series from the Narrative Lectionary, “The Ten Commandments”, with a sermon entitled “Tuned Toward The Neighbour”.

On Sunday at 10 a.m., Theo Dyck will be speaking from Exodus 20:3-11 and Matthew 22:34-40 to continue our series from the Narrative Lectionary, “The Ten Commandments”, with a sermon entitled “Tuned Into God”.

On Sunday at 10 a.m., Moses Falco, Operations Manager of the Mennonite Disaster Service, will be speaking from Exodus 19:1-6; 20:1-2; Matthew 22:34-40 to begin a new series from the Narrative Lectionary, “The Ten Commandments”, with a sermon entitled “Approaching the Mountain of God”. He and his wife Jess will also be leading us in worship.

Sunday, August 9 Natasha Geddert will be speaking from 2 Timothy 3:14—4:8, 16-18; Luke 18:6-8 to continue our series “Stories From Scripture”, with a sermon entitled “The Lord Stood By Me”.

Thursday at 7 p.m. we will worship together, in anticipation of the upcoming long weekend. Pastor Jon will continue with “Stories From Scripture”, speaking from 2 Timothy 2:8-15; Luke 17:16-19 with a sermon entitled “Remember Jesus Christ”. Plan to stay after the service to enjoy ice cream and fellowship in the foyer following the service. There will be no service on Sunday. Join us again on Sunday, August 9 at 10 a.m.

We will worship together on Sunday at 10 a.m. and will welcome Logan Friesen, who will continue with “Stories From Scripture”, speaking from 2 Timothy 1:1-14; Luke 17:5-6 with a sermon entitled “Rekindle the Gift of God”.

Sunday at 10 a.m. Stanley Oke Idogun, a recent graduate from Steinbach Bible College, will continue with “Stories From Scripture”, speaking from 1 Timothy 1:12-17; Luke 15:4-7 with a sermon entitled “Confidence in the Gospel”.  

Pastor Jon will continue with “Stories From Scripture”, speaking from Esther 7:1-10, 9:1-2, 20-22, 29-32; Luke 1:68-72 with a sermon entitled “From Sadness To Joy”.

Sunday at 10 a.m. we will gather together for our worship service and Pastor Sherryl will continue with “Stories From Scripture”, speaking from Esther 4:1-17; Luke 9:23-24 with a sermon entitled “For A Moment Like This”.

Sunday at 10 a.m. we will gather together for our Promotion Sunday worship service and Pastor Jon will continue with “Stories From Scripture”, speaking from Ruth 4:1-22; Luke 1:46-55 with a sermon entitled “New Life”.

Sunday at 10 a.m. we will gather together for our worship service and we will welcome Evelena Thiessen. She will continue with “Stories From Scripture”, speaking from Ruth 3:1-18; Matthew 7:7-8 with a sermon entitled “Daring to Act”.

Sunday at 10 a.m. we will gather together for our worship service and Pastor Jon will continue with “Stories From Scripture”, speaking from Ruth 2:1-23; Luke 6:36-38 with a sermon entitled “Gleaning and Hope”.
